Thanks for elucidating your theory but I am afraid I still do not understand. There are certain facts which I thought everyone would agree on:
1. Einstein's time is the same as Newton's time for points which are relatively stationary.
2. Einstein's time is valid for light from distance galaxies bent by closer galaxies , and so applied long before any people existed.
3. The clock works whether I look at it or not.
The theory of relativity implies that the universe (i.e., spacetime) is static. However, many scientists ignore this important implication of the theory.
In my writings, I take the static-universe concept seriously and discuss its implications.
